  • Market Volatility: Due to the volatility of material costs (such as lumber, flooring, and fixtures) and specific site conditions, pricing is only guaranteed through a formal contract.

 

3. Intellectual Property and Media Release

  • Portfolio Rights: All images, project photos, and design concepts featured on this website are the intellectual property of JCP Projects Remodeling. Unauthorized commercial use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
  • Project Documentation: By engaging our services, the client grants JCP Projects Remodeling the right to take and use photographs of the project (before, during, and after) for marketing and promotional purposes. We commit to keeping the client’s personal identity and exact address confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Regulatory Compliance and Permitting

JCP Projects Remodeling operates in strict compliance with Florida building codes.

Delays: Clients acknowledge that project timelines may be impacted by municipal permitting processes in Orange, Seminole, or Osceola counties. These administrative timelines are beyond our direct control, and JCP shall not be held liable for delays caused by local government agencies.
